it's hard to find good mexican on the road. we struggle with it often. something's always too this or too that. enter El Mariachi in Des Moines, IA. It reminded us more of our favorite Nashville local spot, Las Palmas. The service was friendly and fast, and everyone's food looked great. I got a burrito, enchilada, and taco combo that was very tasty. definitely check this place out if you're around the area.
