SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED IN THE LAST WEEK THAT I'VE DECIDED RATHER THAN TO TRY AND WRITE A NOVEL I'M JUST GOING TO MAKE A BIG LIST !
Here we go.....
1. Drive 8.5 hours from Modesto to Vegas after the show
2. Arrive in Vegas 7:30am
3. Immediately go bowling
4. Have a beer & win $50
5. Go to Radio station, do interview, play 2 songs acoustic, take pictures, leave station
6. Lunch with our Label Radio guy Boosh at a Chinese place
7. Try not to die in the sweltering heat while in route to the venue
8. Laugh at the guy in the long sleeve black shirt in 115 degree heat
9. Arrive at the Aliante Casino where we were to play
10. Load In
11. Gamble
12. Gamble
13. WIN!!!!!!
14. Gamble
15. Eat again.... this time mexican
16. Red Bull Vodka
17. Gamble
18. Show Time
19. Show over
20. Sweaty and out of breathe.... load the van
21. Beer.
22. Gamble
23. WIN!!!!
24. ABORT ALL GAMBLING
25. pack up and drive to Los Angeles
26. Arrive in LA at 6:30am
27. Drive to Kevin's house
28. Sleep till 9am
29. Swap our old van for a newer shinier white van that is our new home
30. drive to studio
31. learn song we've never played before
32. play the hell out of it and leave with smiles on our faces
33. drive to Disneyland
34. play another show at the house of blues
35. AWESOME TIME
36. Hang with all our friends and Label peeps
37. oh yeah.... beer somewhere back there around #33
38. Drive back to LA, get stuck in traffic
39. Party at our A&R guys house
40. listen to rough mix of the song we recorded
41. Hugs and cheers all around
42. Cab to Hotel
43. PASS OUT! 3am.
44. Wake Up 10am
45. Shuttle to Airport
46. Fly to Phoenix
47. Shuttle to venue
48. Eat chicken
49. Red Bull & Vodka
50. Autograph signing
51. Play Show in 115 degree heat outside
52. Almost pass out
53. GREAT CROWD
54. In & Out Burger
55. Hotel
56. CRASH
57. Wake up
58. Get in new van and drive towards Texas
59. Eat Mexican food in New Mexico
60. Drive
61. Stop
62. Sleep
63. Wake up and drive towards Texas
64. Fazolis for lunch
65. Amarillo
66. Fix flat trailer tire
67. Load in gear
68. beers
69. ROCK SHOW
70. Drive after the show to San Antonio
71. Arrive in hotel at 10:30am
72. Type a blog....
